Try these five flavorsome dishes that are made for sharing.

Serves 3 to 5
Ingredients:
Water
½ kilo marble potatoes
1 medium carrot
¼ kilo chicken, use breast part
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks with juice (optional)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until cooked. Cut the carrots into cubes and the marble potatoes in half.
2. In another pot, boil the chicken breast in water seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or until done. Let it cool and cut into strips or cubes.
3. Once the vegetables and chicken have cooled, mix them together with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, pineapple chunks with juice, sugar, and pickle relish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
The sweet, sour, and salty honey mayo mustard dressing gives this dish an extensive range of flavors, any guest will find delectable.
Serves 3 to 5
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken tenders
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups flour
4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 eggs
3 cups bread crumbs
Oil, for pan-frying
For the honey mayo mustard dressing:
½ cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
1. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Make breading station: In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, lightly beat eggs. In another dish, place bread crumbs. With a clean dry hand, coat chicken tenders one at a time in the flour, egg, and, using the other hand, the bread crumbs dish. Set aside. Repeat with all tenders until each piece is coated.
3. Heat enough oil in a frying pan placed over medium heat. Once oil is hot, place chicken one at a time, turning over, in order to evenly brown all sides. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
4. For the honey mayo mustard dressing, combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is creamy.
Here’s a creative way of cooking salmon, one of the tastiest and healthiest fish meat. Pair it with some greens and sides to complete a nutritious meal.
Serves 3 to 5
Ingredients:
1 kilo fresh salmon, bones removed0
½ cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
0⅓ cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried chives
½ tsp dried parsley
Fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
2. Cut salmon fillet into four pieces. Rinse and pat dry using paper towels.
3. Grease baking sheet.
4. Lay the salmon fillets, skin down.
5. Combine all remaining ingredients and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and mix well. Slather entire mixture on top of fillet pieces.
6. Bake in preheated 175 C oven for 15 minutes or until done, depending on thickness.
This appetizer is so easy to whip up, you can make a batch minutes before your guests arrive.

3 cups cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1 cup pimentos, drained and finely chopped
½ cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
Crackers and assorted raw vegetables (such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, trimmed green beans, and bell pepper strips), to serve
Procedure:
1. Mix cheddar cheese, pimentos, and sugar with the Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.
2. Set aside in a container or mason jar and serve with assorted crackers and raw vegetables.
Deviled eggs are one of the all-time favorite finger foods. They’re easy to make, tempting to look at, and tasty to boot!
Serves 6
Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs
⅔ cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of paprika
Procedure:
1. Peel off shell then slice each hard-boiled egg lengthwise. Carefully separate the yellow yolks from the egg whites and place the yolks in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks together with a fork to remove clumps.
2. Add in the Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and mustard. With a fork, whip the mixture together, removing as many small clumps as possible. Add in remaining ingredients, excluding the paprika.
3. Using a dessert decorator tool or pastry bag, pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed egg whites.
4. Garnish the finished products with a hint of paprika.
